These terms describe the basic conditions under which ZIVELO provides software development and consulting services.

Scope of work

Every project starts with a written proposal describing scope, timeline, and price. Work outside that scope is agreed on separately before it begins.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the resulting code, design, and content, except for third-party licenses and any ZIVELO tools reused across projects.

Support

Post-launch support and maintenance are covered separately and are not included by default in the development price.
